Submission of Letters to the Bailiffs Office for Transmission to the Moroccan Embassy

These documents record the ongoing legal procedures related to the submission of letters to the bailiffs’ office in Sherbrooke, in preparation for their official transmission to the Moroccan Embassy in Canada, within the framework of established legal protocols to ensure the reliable and proper delivery of the documents.

Complete copies of all official correspondences are attached, which were directed to:

  • The Prime Minister of Morocco.

  • Ministry of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccan Expatriates.

  • The Ministry of Justice of Morocco.

  • The National Human Rights Council of Morocco.

This serves to document all legal actions taken, ensure meticulous monitoring of legal rights and interests, fully comply with official procedures stipulated by law, and provide a comprehensive official record of all correspondences and legal steps undertaken in this context.

As is customary on the Moroccan side, the disclosure of the recipient’s identity was initially refused, and the delivery was rejected.

In accordance with Canadian law, an official copy of the documents was deposited at the consulate, and therefore the receipt is considered officially completed.
